Business is a noun which means an enterprise, usually commercial or industrial in which many people work and occupy various positions depending on their job description. It is an organizational entity which provides goods or services to consumers.

The correct form accepted by every English speaker is business, the form with one s in the middle of the word and two s at the end. The form with double s in the middle of the word (bussiness) is not accepted. This form is considered a spelling mistake or a writing error.

Considering this, the word business has one single correct form. Any other form is considered wrong and it is not accepted.
