Iberia is national airline of Spain. It is based in Madrid and operates from it main hubs Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport and Barcelona El Prat Airport. with Iberia Regional and Iberia Express, Iberia is a part of Iberia Group. Iberia Group don’t only offer transporting passengers and freight, it aslo offers aircraft maintenance, handling in airports, IT systems and in-flight catering. It also fly to more than 100 destinations worldwide. In 2010 Iberia merged with British Airways, making the combined operation third largest commercial airline.

We are comparing it to Vueling Airlines, Spanish low-cost airline based in Barcelona. It’s hubs are Barcelona-El Prat Airport and Leonardo da Vinci-Fiumicino Airport in Rome, Italy. Vueling comes from Spanish word Vuelo which means flight. It serves over 100 destinations in Europe, Africa and Asia, and is currently the second largest airline in Spain.
