We both know these stereotypes are largely false. Regardless, they remain somewhat ingrained in society even today.

Blonde is a perfect colour for concealing your grey hairs and bald patches and at times it might even camouflage your skin problems. But it looks good only when it is healthy and shiny which implies that hair care and repairing sessions are a must.

As a brunette, your hair is less likely to acquire any other shade when it comes in contact with water and regular visits to the salon will ensure that it is always shining and sparkling. As long as your eyebrows match with the dark hair, going brunette can actually earn you a lot of respect.
